Terms & Conditions

Orders & Booking

  • All orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be received before collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding deposits.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund due to the purchase of fresh ingredients.

  • Any refund requests will be considered at our discretion.

Collection & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time unless delivery has been arranged.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • Delivery charges may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when placing your order.

  • While every effort is made to accommodate requests, all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten, eggs and sesame.

  • We cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Product Information

  • Our grazing products contain fresh ingredients and are best consumed on the day of collection or delivery.

  • Contents may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability and supplier stock.

  • Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value where possible.

Grazing Table Hire

  • Any boards, stands, knives or display items supplied remain the property of Gather & Graze unless otherwise stated.

  • Hire items must be returned in the condition they were received.

  • Customers may be charged for any lost, damaged or unreturned items.

Liability

  • Once products have been collected or delivered, responsibility for safe storage and consumption passes to the customer.

  • We cannot accept liability for food that has been left unrefrigerated or consumed outside the recommended timeframe

Photography

  • We may photograph our products for use on our website and social media channels.

  • If you would prefer your event or order not to be featured, please let us know when booking.

Acceptance

  • By placing an order with Gather & Graze, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
